Order Processing
- Orders are processed for shipping within 1-3 business days after payment is successfully received.
- "Processed for shipping" means the order has been reviewed, packed, and prepared for carrier pickup. It does not guarantee immediate shipment.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Freight Shipments:
- CrossFire XR
- MR-1
- TITAN 25T
- Estimated delivery times depend on shipping method, carrier, and destination.
- Langmuir Systems is not responsible for carrier delays once an order is in transit.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
- Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Digital Product Delivery
- No physical shipment is required for software licenses or other digital products.
- Digital purchases are delivered electronically via email upon successful payment processing.
- If you do not receive your digital product within 24 hours, contact support@langmuirsystems.com.
Order Tracking
- Customers receive a confirmation email with tracking information once an order has been processed for shipping.
- Freight shipments may require additional processing time before a tracking number is available.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring shipments and contacting the carrier for delivery issues.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Shipments
- Langmuir Systems is will assist in resolving lost or stolen packages after they have been handed to the shipping carrier.
- If your package arrives damaged:
- Contact support@langmuirsystems.com within 5 business days with photos and details of the damage.
- Langmuir Systems will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers must provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are non-refundable; reshipping fees may apply.
- If you notice an address error, contact support@langmuirsystems.com immediately—corrections may not be possible after shipment.
International Shipping
- Langmuir Systems ships worldwide; availability may vary by region.
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
- Customs processing times may impact delivery estimates.
Freight Shipments
- CrossFire XR, MR-1, and TITAN 25T ship via freight carriers.
- Customers must:
- Have adequate equipment or personnel to receive freight deliveries.
- Be available to accept the delivery within the carrier’s timeframe.
- Freight carriers may require an appointment for delivery.
- Additional storage or re-delivery fees may apply if the shipment is not received on time.
Changes or Cancellations
- Changes or cancellations are only possible before an order has been processed for shipping.
- Once an order is processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled or modified.
