Order Details:

1. Enter Your Billing and Shipping Information
   First, Enter your billing and shipping details to begin the checkout process. In addition, double-check all information to ensure your XR is delivered to the correct address.

2. Review Shipping Costs and Select Your Shipping Option
   Next, review your shipping cost and select the correct shipping method. Providing inaccurate delivery information causes delays or extra charges. However, if your delivery location:

   • Has a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift: Select the "Freight (Commercial Address - Forklift or Dock Needed to Unload)" option.
   • Is a commercial address without a loading dock or forklift: Choose the "Freight (Commercial Address - Liftgate Service)" option.
   • Is a non-commercial address: Select the "Freight (Residential Address - Liftgate Service)" option.

3. Finalize Your Payment
   Then, use one of our available payment methods to complete your purchase. You may also choose a structured plan through our financing partner, Affirm.

4. Confirm Your Order
   Next, check your inbox for an 'Order Confirmed' email from our store. This email confirms that we have successfully placed your order.

5. Shipment and Delivery
   Finally, once we confirm your order, we prepare your machine for shipment. Then, you will soon receive a message from our Freight Transport Partner to schedule your XR delivery.

Your XR ships in two crates, easily moved with a pallet jack or forklift. However, if you don't have access to these, arrange for the crates to be delivered near the assembly location. The crate sizes and weights are as follows:

SHIPPING DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS

Please inspect BOTH crates for any visible damage before accepting shipment. If any damage is found, NOTE THIS IN THE DELIVERY RECEIPT PRIOR to accepting the shipment. Langmuir Systems requires this information to file a claim with the Freight Carrier for damages and missing crates.

IF CRATES ARE MISSING, ENSURE THAT DELIVERY RECEIPT NOTES THAT THE MISSING CRATE IS MARKED 'SHORT'. The Freight Carriers are generally able to quickly locate and deliver crates reported missing in this way.

DO NOT let the delivery driver rush you. It is your right to inspect each item. They will wait until you are finished.

Assembly and Setup Instructions for the CrossFire XR are now available online. This manual is designed to be printed or can easily be followed with a computer.
